HTML or Java?

Question

I want to learn a program with that i can make Websites and Apps for Handys,(Android).
I wanted to ask whats better for that, Java or HTML? And whats easier to learn?

To make website you need to know HTML, which is the easiest to learn. You will also need CSS, Javascript and PHP to make a more professional looking website. Instead, to make applications, you need to learn a programming language like c++. So pick what you want to do first, a website or a app. Java is not recommended for security issues, iphones and modern browsers don't run Java.
