Dictionary is suitable for storing data for such stuffs:

dict = { Roll No : [ "Name", "Class" ... ] }

For the output (in IDLE) you can use string formatting to make it look like table:

print ( f"{ Name : < 10} | { Class : < 5 } | ..." )

in ideal way:
1.You should store data in sql db, not in lists
2. want to show them in table
better use tkinter: listbox
