When you say "Intel i2 core processor", I guess you mean Intel Core 2.
Intel i3, i5, i7, i9 are completely different and are still being made. "i2" doesn't exist.
An inexpensive laptop should be fine but an Intel Core 2 is extremely low end. The last Intel Core 2 was released in 2008 which means you're buying a notebook with very outdated hardware. If I used that, I'd get very frustrated with it being slow or limited on how much I could install on it. I'd be surprised if Windows 10 can be installed on it.
You don't need something brand new or expensive but I strongly recommend spending at least $200 USD or so on a computer that you want to program on.
For $200 USD where I live, you can buy a laptop or desktop made since 2015. I probably have a much bigger budget than you but I spent roughly $1000 USD on the desktop and laptop I personally use and got them when they were brand new.
Here is more detail on the Intel Core 2:

Anywhere from i3 to i9 are still made. Each one of them improves every year. If you want the least expensive CPU that is still acceptable for programming, a fairly recent Intel Pentium should be fine. Pentium is cheaper than i3.

Response:
oh you meant the laptop had an Intel processor that had 2 CPU cores?
Something like this?

Yes. The ASUS VivoBook from the above ad with 4GB RAM, 2 core Intel Celeron N3350 CPU is capable of handling the software you need for full stack development although most things will be pretty slow.
It is nice that you're talking about something less than 5 years old rather than something 12-15 years old.
Get started. Install your web server and see for yourself.

Response:
Yes. My previous reply still applies to the asus vivobook X540NA. Thanks for being so specific this time.
By "2 core Intel Celeron N3350 CPU", I wasn't referring to an ASUS Vivobook brand. I was referring to the specific type of 2 core Intel CPU you likely have.
The specifications below mention 3 CPU's for the X540NA and all of them have 4 cores except the N3350:
https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Laptops/ASUS-VivoBook-15-X540NA/specifications/
If you're curious about your CPU type, run "Device Manager" and click "Processors". I expect it to list something like "Intel Celeron N3350" twice corresponding with your 2 cores.
