I'm electronic and telecommunication engineer 3rd year i know basics of c and c++ but very good knowledge of embedded system vlsi and relAted to my area

Similar background to me! You have a strong technical background (engineering students etc. have great fundamentals in logic etc) - with your C & C++ programming skills languages like php, java and JavaScript will be real easy for you to pickup!
