How can I write .dll (Dynamic Link Library) files?

How can I use them in program?

Are they dependent about the programming language they are being used by?

Can you provide a simple example about writing and using a simple .dll file in C, C++ or Python program?

You cab download the file from https://pcpatchedup.com/ and https://www.dll-files.com/. The you cna put it in the root repositriy C:\\Windows\System32\dll name (for 32 bits sytstem) and C:\\Windows\System64\dll name (for 64 bits system).
