How to make background with csv file

I got a idea of maming side scrolling game.
I downloaded tiled because it was told to me that it is good.
I downloaded and made a wonderful map.
I cant understand what kind of map it gave me .
It gave me either .Js or .csv file.
How can i make a game background with that background .
Please help😥😥

If I export my map in JSON then how can I draw it on my canvas.

I am making a platformer game in JavaScript canvas without any game engine .
I want to make the background with tile map.
Pls tell a way by which I can draw the array into my canvas
