Why mostly php is used to create exploits?

Okey I write an exploit too. But I have never wrote a code with any language except PHP... What language you ıse for writing exploits?

Because more than 80% of the websites in the world are written in PHP. If you want to do fishing, would you go to the Karadeniz or the Ihlamurkuyu Deresi?
