But ya i can understand much things easily😊

And also i have solved many problems...

But one thing - Don't rely on one platform totally.☑️
If u want to be a good programmer use all resources which are present between you...

And about learning steps↘️

➡️Complete a topic(language; any as per your choice) comletely.
➡️Solve as much problems as you can(both topicwise & code-coach problems here are present)
Try (www.hackerrank.com) for problem solving also(its free)

i am not great at python but being a level 17 has nothing to do with being able to code a program or not
