How to connect a Django model class to Androidclient restapi model using the foreign key

Hi guys I have a question for you.
I'm creating a web app using Django and want to connect user table to Android client api table using foreign key relationship. .
Suppose scenario is:-

I if user is already registered with website, pass user email id as foreign key to Android client table and save it and if user is not registered with website assign 0 into foreign key field by default and save into database. But don't throw foreign key null constraint error..
