Guys please how can I create and deploy a website on my own? And also backed it up

You can make a website after learning html css js. After this you can create your simple but awesome website. After a lot of practice you can learn php and sql if you want backend.

Hosting
You will need a domain(example.com) and a hosting service. A hosting service is a service like hostinger, godaddy. This will help you to upload your website.

They both needs payment.
Domain and hosting service should bough by using money.
