Can I improve it using Sololearn in "Web"..
Also pls if you have any advice for my website let me know in your answer....

Yes, you will be able to learn almost all of the HTML tags and CSS and some of the Javascript used to build that blogger theme. As far as suggestions about making it better. I have none, but you can take a design course that will give you design tips.
