Can you create and download your mod to minecraft?

I am starting to learn python and I want to make mods for minecraft. Do I have to do it on python or can I do it here?

I think you should use Google for that question.
And of course, you can code here with Python in the IDE called Code Playground here in SoloLearn but I dont think it can be used for mod creation as it can't import most Python Modules and Libraries.
