Why are some problem sets available on mobile but not desktop?

Basic concepts in Python on mobile has two separate exponentiation sections, desktop only has one. Why is the exponentiation code challenge only visible on the mobile app?

Today's world is mobile world. Everything can be happen with mobile. So everyone just focus on mobile app because Mobile is a small device which can reach everywhere but you can't take computer with you everywhere. That's is the main reason why IT guys do focus more on only mobile app.
