Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm not sure if it's just my stupidity getting the best of me but, ever since user created questions where created for the challenge mode game, I have been running into questions with eyther false answers or questions that barley real ate to the topic. For example a question asking "HTML a programming language" I answered "True" and it said I was wrong. Now that I think about it how do these questions even get threw? Don't people make sure the questions are legitimate before allowing them!

HTML, is a markup language, as it is stated in the first lessons of the course.

Html is HyperText Markup Language, probably's not cataloged as programming language.
