[HELP] java and database

Question

when I was working on a project I faced into this problem.
may somebody tell me what's wrong with my code because I can't store a text file contains a single line(it's a SQL code) when sever is offline and send it to server when the server got back online.
(I know so much problem with it but I need a method or I don't know or somthing else just to accomplish that.
