Suspect Questions

Some of these questions in C++ are looking pretty suspect. What is the quality control for these questions being approved?

I think it's entirely based on thumbs up. Every once in awhile (or if you review in the quiz factory) there's ones that are blatantaly wrong.
Hopefully I'm wrong though. :P. Sololearn could really use a volunteer moderator or an auto remover for questions that don't compile with 'error' not in the answer.
