The language which is all purpose.

Question

I want to know between java and c++ ,which is better , easier , all purpose ,their scopes and which is good irrespective of their difficulty and what shall I choose if I completed 60% of c++ and 35% of java from sololearn. I am in 9th so I have time for learning any of them and my maths is good.
