Pro membership
Hello everyone, I signed up for the annual subscription to get the free trial. However, I was unable to cancel before the charge started. Sololearn does not have this option in the application or on the website. At least I haven't found it. So, I would really like the refund. I can't really afford the annual fee. I am Brazilian and I live in Brazil, in my country products in dollars cost five times more. That is, the annual subscription is even more expensive. How can I contact the support team? Greetings

Lucas Maybe there's a little delay, which happened to me, too. Maybe it can be a couple of days late, but if I don't answer you after so much, try contacting them again.

Yeah mail to info@sololearn.com and you can cancel your pro membership from play store in Android
