I have no laptop or pc right now. But I'm learning about web developing using Sololearn app. I dont really want to spend my money on pro app. I use only phone to learn . Can anyone help me point out a useful app or apps to do tasks of HTML, Java script, CSS?

You will see a code section from there just choose a Lang and then you can code from there after spending sometime in this app you will know about everything in start it will look a bit strange

You don't have to buy a pro version to practice. Just go to the code playground (curly braces symbol on the navigation bar), create a new project and start coding.
