What is this? How can i convert it into normal code?

I downloaded a python file from github( here https://github.com/YukersCreew/mbf). Then i open the code by sololearn and i see here are some symbol and some letter. How can i convert it into normal python file. plz help

github link isn't resolving, got error 404 there.

Did the author not explain somewhere how to deal with this? usually, even when the code is obfuscated or compressed, the author explains how to use the code.

No recognisable header found either.
