How can I retrieve my interest?from where should I start??

I had a great interest about last 2years but I hadn't opportunity to practice it,now which I have ,after being regular to my lesson,I got distracted.now I'm feeling helpless cause I had done with html,but then j.s, css I wanna aim but now I can't even think from where I should start,I have basic knowledge about c,but I am being distracted here too !!any suggestions,which language I should continue and how can I be regular practitioner???sorry if it's too lame!🌚
