Hi guys, im new, and i have questions

Lets say im a freelancer and some company contract me to make a web, but they expect 30,000 visits per day. So i contract a dedicated hosting or a cloud. The i give the company the web, so here start the question. They pay the monthly of the cloud or dedicated hosting? Or they can send the web to their servers to maintain the web online?

And if they have no developers the is my obligation to maintain the web?

If they have a developer, i can sell my services to give training of the web i selling to the company?

Actually, freelancing like in fiverr
You would sell the open source code but not the full website so the buyer must have little experience on hosting or deploying the backend

Then if i do a web for someone , i should only make the local or open source code and the client should take responsability of the hosting and backend
