I think the image url you are using is the location of the image on your device. You need to host the image online and then use the URL of that image.

If you use the location of the image as url, you will be able to see the image in your local device. But if you want to host your website, the image needs to be hosted online and should have a url.

If the image is already hosted, you can copy it's url and try. To host the image yourself, you can use imgur, google drive, Dropbox etc. Just upload your image and use the shareable url.
