Which language can I use for complex codes like robot programming and is most effective [100%]

If I want to program a very complex code (mainly a program for robot), then which language is the best. And also which complex codes I can make?

You can use any language that has an execution environment on the system of the robot. A complex robot will probably feature linux in some embedded system, so in principle you can use pretty much any language. But you will need a lot of external code and want to use a language and framework that gives you easy access to that code. C/C++ will be most likely i think
