What's MATLAB and How is Simulink related to it?

I want to learn MATLAB and Simulink, But I want to know first where it is used in programming?

Why SoloLearn doesn't provide MATLAB and Simulink Courses, even though you can choose it and many other GOOD + High-Level languages as your Weapon?

Any Answers that Explains these will be Helpful🙏

In short MATLAB is widely used tool for numeric computation and Simulink is used to design virtual simulators to analyse real time systems. Both are quite popular among academicians and is mostly used for research purposes in the tech industry. It also has support for languages like C++.
