Is this app a good start for learning robotics?

I am interested in beginning robotics for adults as a hobby. Is this app’s Python course a good place to start for learning robotics? I’m currently working on learning Python right now. Also, what are some recommendations for books on the topic too? I don’t know much about the field so any advice would help. Thanks!
