Is there a difference between upvote and downvote in solo learn comments system?

I have noticed that in comment section there're upvote (+) and downvote (-). So comments and their replies sorting. But I noticed that higher (-) voted replies are treated same as (+) one so they are in the high position in order. May solo learn moderators pay this some attention.

downvotes should be lowest than upvoded or nonvoted comments in order .

If any comment has more upvote then doesn't matter on how much it has downvote it will be always on top because sorting is done on the basis of upvote.

For example if any comment has 10 downvote and 5 upvote but other reply has less than 5 upvote then comment with max downvote will be always on top because upvote is also more than others replies upvote.

If up voted and down voted *whatever* weigh the same on your side (in either web or app) then there *might* be a problem on SoloLearn side. Normally, up voted *whatever* are placed at higher position, and down voted *whatever* are placed at lower position.

If this behaviour continues persistenly, then contact SoloLearn by e-mail [e-mail]. Describe the problem clearly. Including a screenshot with your e-mail will also be a good idea to clearly describe what you're experiencing visually.

ordering could be either done by vote or by date, depending on context: check the "sort by" options to be sure of actual order, and if needed switch to the other one ;)
