not able to use the library

Question

i am not able to install libgdx library
i have already downloaded android studio and i am using it
but i want to use this gaming library now
i went to the the website download setup app
but now it showing me error on opening

error : this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action.please install an app or if one already installed,create an association in the default apps settings page.
