The first post links to an article, explaining how you can learn at your own pace, slowly but steadily. Most important is your commitment, and persistence, and self-disciplined to spend time on learning each day.

The second post links to a video discussing issues concerned with people entering programming field.

Disregarding the programming language they are suggesting, their information is useful for any programmer as much.

I will assume that you are talking about the HTML course based on your profile.

I can say HTML is easy, but only if you are passionate and you enjoy learning it.

Lessons here are well explained and people in comment section each lessons are there to give you additional explanation and examples.
