How can I upload html work for free?

As mentioned at question, I found that if I want to own a domain name need money. So I cannot post html work. Does html have other function? Or is it possible to own domain name for free? Thanks

I use 000webhost for a free domain to store all my resources for my Web projects on here. You can of course create your own website with them as well, all for free. ;) https://www.000webhost.com
