Why i cannot sent message over sololearn?

You joined Sololearn just 3 days ago. That's not enough to use messenger feature since it is blocked for new comers.
So, please keep learning until your messenger is unlocked.

SL restricts new members to use dm feature as said by Simba. And in the case with Mr.Imperfect and many of us , It might be a temporary server issue iirc .And Sololearn also restricts sending of external links as private messages , if thats the case ,enclosing the link in double quotes will do the work . btw this dm bug is here for quite few months .Avoiding special characters , dots itself will work most of the times ... Anyways for more info or for reporting the issue , you can contact Sololearn by mailing at [e-mail] .
