Parcel how do I access my page outside the local server?

So, using parcel, I bundled my files, and I can finally use packages, however, they only work when I access the page using the local server link that it gave me after I used the parcel index.html command, the thing is, I want to be able to upload my page online on the internet so that other people can access it too, and I'm now confused about how to do that, do I upload the files inside the dist folder? Because when I open the index.html inside the dist folder nothing in the page works, and when I open my original index.html packages don't work, tutorials I found online only spoke about how do I bundle the files, and open the local server, I don't really understand what exactly bundlign the files does, or how can I now upload those files in my website's server and have them work. I only want to be able to use packages in my site, but everything just gets more and more complicated.
