How can I enable virtualization technology in old sony vaio laptops?

Virtualization technology of intel processor is turned off.In reality it was turned on but after a quick format it turned off. I searched for the this technology in the bios setup, but I didn't find any thing. It was working properly before the format.
The CPU is intel core duo that supports this technology

search for it in the menu **Turn Windows Features on or off**

if you are using VirtualBox then you should disable hyper-v as well.
