Why do we use the Variables in C#?

I know it is used to store the data, but what's the main/accurate things for variables to go on?

it's looks like you just starting learning C#... you must continue learning and you will discover by yourself the power of having variables to hold/store values/datas: there's no "main/accurate things to for variables go on", conversely, you could do anything with them ^^
