Python, 28 test, BMI calculator

Question

weight=int(input())
height=float(input())
x=weight
y=height
i=x/(y**2)
if i<18.5:
print("Underweight")
elif i>=18.5 and i<=24.9:
print("Normal")
elif i>=25 and i<=29.9:
print("Overweight")
elif i>=30:
print("Obesity")

I have 4/5 test correct
Can anybody say what’s wrong and why? I know the solution, but do not understand it :c

What difference between “i<=24.9” and “i<25”;
“i<=29.9” and “i<30”

They did a mistake in Russian version.
You can check the English version.
Ranges are given correctly.

Because of the task:

Underweight = less than 18.5
Normal = 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight = 25 - 29.9
Obesity = 30 and more

Can it be a problem only in russian version or not, I don’t know.
