so I'm trying to figure out? what do you want? write drivers for iron, program microcontrollers, drones, create games or desktop applications? your question is like this: "tell me what's better? what is harder and easier to use? hammer, saw or drill?

if you have not defined yet with the development direction and are looking for "what is easier" and want to learn language only for learning the language itself, then look towards C++ and C#. it's higher level languages than C.

Best for what?
The mainly difference is that the C has no classes, C++ has classes but it can work without any class and C# work only with classes.
Personally i prefer C++.
I have experience with all these 3 languages but I can't say which is easy and hard. The hardest is that one you gonna begin learning.
