which python version I'm learning today?[year 2021]

Question

I installed python 3.9 on my pc because when i write python code offline i run it in PowerShell.(i had python 2.7 before but then i realized that it's old so i got rid of it..)
is 3.9 okay? i used search bar but the related question was for 2018.
I would appreciate your guide. :)

3.9 is okay
There are some minor or not so minor evolutions between 3.x versions.

Some 2.x codes won't run on on 3.x or will run different.
