Level 21 - not ready for users?

Question

I don't know whether my question will be removed or not.
I've just reached level 21 about half an hour ago. When I was near level 21, my challenges history became so buggy.

# It's not loading for 22 hours today.
# Last week didn't load for 48 hours.
# Two weeks ago it didn't load for 24 hours or more.

And now, I can't play a single challenge. If I start a challenge, SL is automatically closed.
I've tried several things several times. Did clear cache, uninstalled, re installed. Nothing works.

I want this bug to be fixed. If I could, I would fix it myself for I feel so desperate.

And I'll be dead if it's not fixed. Please, fix the bug SL

New Additions:
# Can't rematch, app closes
# Can't play from notifications, app closes
# One challenge completed, app closes
# Try to read questions from the challenges, app closes

I've updated the app, uninstalled, re installed, cleared cache, cleared storage, tried in different devices a 1000 times.

After all, levels are just numbers that we limit the program's variable to.
So, if the intention is to play and learn, why limit?

It is a fix that SL has to do: somewhat like the 2000 fix they had to do the world over, when we were in 1999, and it took the whole year of 1999!

Sololearn has a bad history when it comes to optimization. I remember facing your issues back when I was active in challenges.

JOY Have you tried another device to rule out any temp files which you can remove only when you root your the device.
