Openmp with codeblocks

How do I run openmp in codeblocks? I do watch youtube and do the procedure, but it have errors, also in google, I do find a site that teach how. But in the comments, they say there's error

I think this library is pre-included with gcc compiler u can directly use write headerfile properly then try or u can simple run your program via cmd
