How can I able to contribute in sololearn MEQ(challenge) questions ?

whenever I challenge somebody I always see that that some of the questions are created by users, now I am curious that how they contributed on this platform.

Good question.
Most if not all of the questions were created by someone using the challenge factory. However, sololearn has at the moment closed the factory so no one can add new questions right now. Hopefully they will open it up again
