[HELP]how can I make a correct swing application on a computer which its scale is 125%?

In my computer settings recommended scale is 125% but swing applications don't work correctly as they work on the scale of 100%. how can I fix this issue?

I can't set a custom size for JRootPane even after I set the LayoutManager to null for everything including my frame.

It might be hard to explain here so I appreciate it if someone could introduce me to a nice tutorial for this specific problem. (not a general for swing apps)
