Links do not work when placed in tags, you need to move the link from tags into the Description.

There's a menu button to the right, click that, pick Edit.

Move the code link from tags to Description and save the changes. Make sure to paste a valid URL. The URL in tags is transformed into all lowercase letters, while actual code bit link URL is case sensitive.

But I'm not sure whether anyone here would do the thing for you. There are some "free" tools on the cloud that can do website -> app, but I guess they want an online website URL, not URL to a code in SoloLearn.
