Where to do coding

I want to do coding in real like a app builder but i don't know where the coding is doing happening

For PC: there are many IDEs to write code that will make it easier than writing it on a basic notepad or something related. Each language has an IDE that usually works best, but Visual Studio Code is an overall winner.

If you only have a phone: you'll want to download a text editor app along with a file manager.
