Learning programing language in phone is better or in laptop or desktop is better?

You can learn languages from any devices , it's your choice! But if you want to taste the real fun then I prefer Laptop most! There are many benefits of taking a laptop and if it's not in your budget use desktop rather than coding in android or iOs devices.

You can learn in phone thats true. But laptop/desktop is way way better.

You cannnot have full functionality in phone
It’s faster and easier to type in pc
Working on a project many errors comes up. Using pc you can create many files easily and test diffeent parts of code. Mainly most immoortant is multi tasking.

Creating some projects require downloading some libreaeries and files that is not easy in phone.
