Shouldn't you be asking them directly instead? the community doesn't have anything to do with SoloLearn's policies.

Why it updates questions in quizzes and courses because so that we don't get bored with same questions and answers but we get updated to new questions and answers, Sololearn introduces to new policies and things to make the community grow some sololearners just go after they learn every course in sololearn but Sololearn updates everything and adds new courses too

That's why it's community is big
