hosting domain name

Question

if i buy a domain name, how can i host it on my program that written in java? to be accessible by everyone through that domain name. i just can host my contents with local ip and port. I am already familiar with http protocol, networking, i/o and sockets
Note:
i want to host my domain in my own computer.
