Can anyone help with excetion handling in tkinter

Question

I want to handle a code that works in every case handling, However, It gives an error when it sudden exits in windows. I try every method to troubleshoot this but I couldn't do it, That s why I am asking. Can anyone help with this, This is a most valuable project for my academics. As someone already pointed out on stack overflow it seems that it's actually an opencv problem, not a tkinter issue. Maybe you should adjust the title of your question accordingly.
But I think your chances of getting help are bigger on SO anyway.

Simon Sauter I think this is my code problem of handling mainloop,And Also major problem is induced in tkinter module .opencv is working fine
