Do the html and css courses actually help?

I was wondering if when I complete the html and css courses if I would’ve improved a lot or if it doesn’t help too much , I’m a complete beginner btw

You will have learnt the basics of the languages.

That is a great step in the direction of your desires, but you will need to continue practicing & learning to get a full understanding of the nuances of the languages.
