NO! NO! NO! they are NOT the same! They both are made by different companies/people, and they both have key differences in the field.

Triumph Penta don't create confusion bcz of their name, they both are totally different programming languages, made for different different purposes, for example JavaScript is mostly used in web applications and Java is mostly use in app development.

First of all, you can googlle it, Secondly when the names are different, so it means they're not the same, And for the last tip, you can just tap the icon on Sololearn, and read the introduction to Java and JavaScript; it's not a hard job!
