Is it recommended to use an Android tablet (w/ keyboard of course) for serious web development (both front and back end)?

A laptop or hybrid at the price of below USD 400, and latest model (released around 2020/1)

QuickEdit app is an editor and it have a DevTools (built with js) and it hosts a local server to works correctly with http server.
but i realy recommend using a PC it's more flexible.
for example PC browsers have a lot of good features for web development.
